Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of this product, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Each item is created specifically for you in a customized way. I recommend carefully reviewing customization details before confirming your order. Refunds will not be offered unless there was an error in the item itself or the wrong item was received. In the rare event of a defect or error, please contact me via @boldandbrushednails@gmail.com within 7 days of order delivery date. Please include images of defect or error, the order number and any other pertinent information in the email. 

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. The cancellation request must be in the form of written email to @boldandbrushed@gmail.com

No cancellations or changes may be made after 24 hours.
